AI systems built and run for your firm

Putting AI to work
is our work.

Scattered data, systems that don’t talk, workflows that live in people’s heads? Perfect. We organize, connect, and automate it all, then run it for you. The result: a firm automated on code you own, not another tool your team groans at.

The path to AI native

Four stages. One accountable partner.

Why customThe model is common.
Your operating knowledge is not.
01Your precedent

Approved work product shapes every draft.

02Your rules

Exceptions and approval gates are built in.

03Your systems

The team keeps the software it already uses.

One size fits all fits almost nobody.

The technology meant to differentiate firms should not make them all run the same way. Everyone has the same models; the edge is everything built around them — your precedent, your process, your standards.

Be unique.
What changes

Run the firm you always meant to run.

The same team, a different week.

01Overhead

Fewer manual steps, less re-keying, none of the work about work.

Data entered once, everywhere it needs to be.
02Speed

Drafts, filings, and follow-ups staged before anyone asks.

The demand package is drafted the morning the records arrive.
03Capacity

The same team carries a bigger caseload without the late nights.

Intake answered in minutes, not on Monday.
04Morale

People keep the judgment calls. The drudgery goes to the agents.

Nobody builds a chronology at 9 PM again.
Step 01
Blueprint Audit

Two weeks in, you hold the plan.

We interview your team and audit your data and systems. You leave with a written blueprint for automation: what to build, in what order, what each piece saves, and a fixed price for every line. Nothing gets built until you approve it.

Step 02
Organize

Turn the pile into raw material.

Documents and data classified. Systems and workflows mapped. All of it searchable. This is the foundation every agent builds on.

02.1 · DOCUMENTS & DATA

Storage, standardized.

One structure for every matter, created automatically the moment a case opens. Existing files migrate into it; new files are born organized. No more "New folder (3)".

⚡ NEW MATTER · SINGH V. ALLIED / MATTERS / SINGH-V-ALLIED 01 · INTAKE & ENGAGEMENT 02 · PLEADINGS & DRAFTS 03 · MEDICAL RECORDS 04 · CORRESPONDENCE 05 · BILLING & COSTS SAME STRUCTURE, EVERY MATTER · CREATED ON INTAKE
02.2 · SYSTEMS & WORKFLOWS

Every workflow traced.

We follow the work through your systems and write down what we find: every handoff, every re-key, every place a matter waits on a human router.

02.3 · SEARCHABLE

Ask your workspace anything.

Not keyword search: answers. Documents, mail, and billing in one semantic index, so the firm's knowledge responds in sentences with sources attached.

What did we agree to in the Singh fee agreement?

33% contingency, costs advanced, signed March 12. The signed copy is filed to the matter; the current template has since moved to v4.

Step 03
Connect

One orchestration layer across the systems you keep.

Today, a person is the integration layer. The orchestration layer replaces the clicking-between and connects what you keep, what we build, and what we bridge.

Eight tabs, one human router, and every handoff a chance to drop the ball.

One layer reads and writes them all. The agents work here, and your team works where they always did.

Plus anything with an inbox, an API, or a screen. No API? We bridge it anyway.

Step 04
Automate

Now the custom AI harness goes to work.

This is why the order matters. The templates, SOPs, and maps from Organize, plus the orchestration layer, mean every automation starts from a foundation that already understands your firm.

Step 05
Optimize

It gets better after launch.

We host the harness, the automations, and the record, and we keep improving them. When better models ship, your agents move onto them. The system you buy this year is not the system you have next year.

Monthly reviews. Priority support. A simple retainer, no long-term contract, and everything is yours if we ever part ways.

Security

Built for firms that answer to clients, courts, and regulators.

Automate the work. Keep the authority to release it.

SOC 2 certified

Dodonai is covered by SOC 2. Ask us about the report and the scope relevant to your engagement.

HIPAA compliant

Medical records handled the way your clients' providers are required to handle them.

Your choice of hosting

Your custom system can run in your cloud account or in Dodonai’s. Your Blueprint specifies hosting, access, AI providers, and retention. Buy the completed build and run it yourself, or choose optional Dodonai operation.

No training on your work

Your work product improves nothing for anyone else, not even anonymized.

A person releases everything

Nothing reaches a client, court, or counterparty until your team sends it.

Before you book

The questions we get in the first ten minutes.

Answered here so the call can be about your work instead of ours.

What do you actually need from our people?

We need two things from you: a little time with the people who do the work, and access to the work product your firm already trusts.

Through short interviews, we design the automation and turn that design into your Blueprint. You choose what to build from it. From there, the build is on us. Your approved forms, exemplars and finished work show us what good looks like, so the system learns your standards instead of guessing at them.

How long until something is actually running?

The Blueprint takes one to two weeks. A first automation goes live in weeks rather than quarters, and the exact timeline is in the Blueprint before you approve it. If we cannot say when it will be live, we have not understood the work well enough to build it.

Do we have to leave the software we already use?

No. We build into the case management, email, document, and billing systems you already run, and bridge the ones without an API. Adoption fails when the tool sits outside the workflow, so we put it inside.

Where does our data go, and does it train anything?

Your systems of record stay where they are, and your Blueprint specifies whether the custom environment runs in your cloud account or Dodonai’s. Generating output means sending the relevant material to the model providers you approve, under your agreements with them. Your work product is never used to train models for anyone else.

What happens when the output is wrong?

A workflow that fails a defined check stops and routes for review rather than proceeding, and consequential output waits for a person at the firm to approve it. Corrections feed the structured record, so the same mistake gets rarer instead of recurring.

What does it cost?

Three things, matching how we work: a fixed fee for the Blueprint, a fixed Build price per automation approved before development starts, and an optional Run fee for operating and improving what is in production. Model usage is passed through at cost. Exact numbers come with your Blueprint.

What if we want to stop?

You keep the system. Full source, with the hosting arrangement and handover agreed in your Blueprint. No long-term contract to exit. Stopping after one automation that works is a perfectly good outcome.

The name

Dodona: an ancient sanctuary where people brought their own questions to the whispering oaks and the bronze chimes that rang in their branches. The signal was already there; the value was in interpreting it for the question at hand. Dodonai is built on the same idea. Your firm already holds the knowledge. We turn it into working systems.
